What does OUR517 look like to you? Do you think about Michigan’s State Capitol building illuminated at night time? Or about Wynken, Blynken, and Nod, Lansing’s infamous Smokestacks that can be seen from 15 miles away?

Outside of the physical landmarks, do you consider the individuals, families, businesses, and the community that drive the 517’s culture? The Ourspace Foundation works to build onto Lansing’s vibrant culture by creating and supporting initiatives that center those that make up the Lansing community, investing in accessible and culturally enriching activities, and positioning the 517 as a premier destination for arts, diversity, culture, education, and entertainment.

Ourspace believes that together we can achieve more, and that shows up in our mission to Build, Attract, and Retain.
